Group Managing Director

Simon is Group Managing Director of Yee Group and specialist Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company; Cool Services.

Simon started the business in 1985 specialising in security systems such as intruder alarms and CCTV. He is proud of the people that make Yee Group and Cool Services the innovative companies that they are today.

Jason

Group General Manager

As General Manager, Jason oversees all daily business activities. With many years of experience and strong technical skills, particularly in Air Conditioning, Jason heads up our in-house technical service.

Annie

Group Finance Manager

With 10 years as head of Yee Group’s Human Resources and Finance departments; Annie is a pivotal member of the Group’s Senior Management team.  A consummate professional; Annie manages the administration teams at both Yee Group and Cool Services; and ensures that the management information systems supporting our clients and engineers in the field run efficiently and securely.

Timothy 

Engineering Delivery Manager

Challenging ‘the way we do things’ and scrutinising quality in every aspect of our service is Timothy’s brief. Working with all departments throughout Cool Services, Timothy is an expert ’enabler’, ensuring we maintain high industry standards and compliance with company performance targets.

Technical Solutions Manager

Ben’s ambition and technical abilities have seen him rise from qualified engineer to Technical Solutions Manager.  His proficiency in developing solutions to help clients meet their needs to balance budgets, satisfy operational requirements, and target energy efficiency has been proven over many years.    

Daryll

Service and Maintenance Manager

Daryll heads the Service and Maintenance team at Cool Services, ensuring that both the field engineers and administrative teams deliver seamless service to the highest standards. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success across the AC and refrigeration industry, Daryll leads the team from the front with technical expertise and a collaborative spirit.

Hire Manager

Simon runs Cool Services’ Hire Division based in Pensnett, Kingswinsford.  Every detail of your cooling, heating or drying need will be thoroughly considered, as Simon brings 33 years’ experience to your rental.  Simon believes his team’s personal service, combined with the in-depth maintenance of equipment before every hire, makes it a unique, and highly reliable hire service.

Kim

Office Manager

Kim plays an essential role in service delivery here at Cool Services. Always focussed on helping installation and maintenance visits run smoothly for customers, she adeptly supports the engineering and planning departments with her detailed understanding of processes and client relationships. Having worked at Cool Services for more than seven years, she leads the office team and customers can be assured that they are in very experienced hands.
